Knit, size tag "L"  sewn to neck.  Front: Captain's C on left chest, blood stains along the bottom left side. Stick marks along left side hem, on white trim and upper left shoulder. Small hole / repair below the crest. Left arm: repair below the number another in the lower arm near the hem, small blood stains on the white trim w/ 2 light board burns in the black trim near the elbow. Back: stain mark on right side hem.  Right Arm:  1 inch material backed repair along  the black & white trim. Several small board burn marks on the elbow and lower arm.
