White knit/mesh jersey, manufactured by Reebok w/ tag on left front hem, size 5o.  "04-50  S" tag  in the neck.  Jersey is shortened w/ an elastic band around the waist.  Repair above the 5 on the front of the jersey.  Black marks on both side of the number on front.  Grass stains on the left & right shoulders ,  along the back shoulders & under the number on the back.  Black marks on left shoulder & along left back panel.  Small tear to the left of the number on the back.  Jersey has several photo matches as it was worn in the final pre season game and the 1st six  regular season games in which the Eagles wore white.   Meigray  LOA.  (January 2005)   Link to photo match
