White knit/mesh jersey, manufactured by Reebok w/ tag on left front hem, size 48.  "04-48 0"  neck tag . Left arm has two large repairs, one above the numbers,  the other below w/ abrasions through the numbers and above the Eagles logo on the arm. .  Paint mark above the left side of the nameplate w/ a scrape through the "M" on the nameplate.  A couple of marks above and below the nameplate on the right side.  A repair on the right arm   between the number and Eagles logo.  Four inch repair extending from the right shoulder seam to the number on the front w two repairs to the right.  Two repairs to the right of the numbers on the front and another between the Eagles script  and  number "2"   Meigray LOA.  (January 2005)
