White jersey, size 48 w/ "99-48" neck tag. Manufactured by Puma w/ logo on both shoulders above the Eagles logo. Two repairs around the number on the left shoulder w/ three repairs on the left sleeve. Lots of helmet paint marks on the left shoulder. Lots of drops/ stains on the nameplate. Scrape marks across the numbers on the back. One repair on the right shoulder w/  abrasions.  One repair on right sleeve. Helmet paint on right shoulder & sleeve.  Four small repairs on the upper portion of the front.  One large repair below the "9" on the front.  Marks across the numbers on the front.  Meigray LOA  (July 2004)
