Home white jersey, manufactured by Puma w/ tag on left front hem. Tagged "99-48" in neck.  Repair  on the seam between the upper left chest and arm. Repair  between the numbers on the left shoulder. Two repairs on the left arm. One repair on the right shoulder in front of the numbers w/  some paint transfers as well. Two repairs on the right arm.
