Midnight green jersey, size 48, manufactured by Starter / Pro Line w/ logo on both shoulders above the Eagles logo. Tags on front left hem,  Four repairs around the numbers on the left shoulder. Three repairs on the front section of the left sleeve.  One repair below the numbers on the right shoulder w/ multiple abrasion marks on the shoulder & sleeve. Four inch repair along the right side V of the neck.  Two repairs on the right chest above the numbers, one on the left chest above the numbers, another around the "5".  One repair in the elastic material around the neck. Meigray LOA  (July 2004)
