White jersey, size 48 w/ 6 inches added to length. Manufactured by Russell Athletic w/ logo on both shoulders above the Eagles logo. Tags in the neck. Two repairs below the numbers on the left shoulder, one repair on the left arm. Scrape marks through numbers on back.  Five repairs around the numbers on the right shoulder w/ two more on the arm.  Small streak of helmet paint on right arm.  Three repairs below the front neck V w/ marks through the number on the front.   Meigray LOA (July 2004)
